We are excited about the opportunity for you to advance and continue the development of your focus, confidence and self discipline. If you are Orange Stripe Testing for Green Stripe you will need sparring gear for light or no contact sparring. Please visit the front desk attendant for sizing and purchase of approved gear. After promotion an email will be sent with additional information from your Manna's Program Director.
